I work with adults and individuals in life transitions who want to be proactive instead of reactive about their health, their aging process, and their future.

My mission is to provide education, guidance, and support around:

  • nutrition that supports energy, strength, and healthy aging 
  • wellness practices that are practical and sustainable in real life 
  • understanding the changes that come with aging, so you feel informed, not overwhelmed 
  • and protection planning so you are not caught off guard by future financial or care needs 


It’s about helping you understand what your body needs as it changes, what decisions matter most right now, and how to prepare for the future with clarity instead of fear or confusion.
